This Shipping & Returns Policy
create a legally binding agreement between you and (which we may refer to as “Mudwalkers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding orders placed for products available on the Mudwalkers.com.
To place an order on the Mudwalkers.com, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and a consumer.
You need an email address to place an order, adding items to your shopping cart, and submitting your order. When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.Our acceptance of the order takes place when the products are shipped to you.
When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information – so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Use your tracking number (which can be found in your confirmation email) on https://mudwalkers.com/track-my-order/ for up-to-date info on where your order is in the process.
Fulfillment of all orders on the Mudwalkers.com is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a Contract by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the Contract we cancelled:
- the product is not available or in stock;
- your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
- your order is flagged by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- we believe you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence;
- there was an error in the price displayed on the Mudwalkers.com
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
When you submit your order, we may run some checks on it before it is fulfilled. These checks may include verifying your address and checking for fraud. We run partly automated checks on all purchases to filter out unusual or suspect transactions, or transactions which can be identified as susceptible to fraud. Suspected fraud on the Mudwalkers.com will be investigated and if necessary prosecuted.
You can find the available payment methods in the Payment Options section of the Mudwalkers.com. We do not accept any method of payment other than those listed in this section.
The total price specified in the final check-out screen includes shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
Currently Mudwalkers ship to the following countries:
- United States of America
- New Zealand
Due to this whole worldwide COVID-19 situation, shipping times are a bit longer, but we are doing our best to ship your Mudwalkers ASAP:
- Estimated delivery to USA is 5-13 days.
- Estimated delivery to Canada is 10-20 days.
- Estimated delivery to New Zealand is 10-20 days
- Estimated delivery to Australia is 5-16 days
Returns and Cancellations
Cancelling order before delivery
After placing your order you have 24 hrs to change or cancel, untill products get shipped. After products are shipped, see our return policy for details.
Returning orders after delivery
You may return your Mudwalkers for any reason for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Instead of returning items you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what went wrong, send along a picture.
