Will Galoshes fit my shoes?

99.99% yes. If your shoe size is between 3 (US) and 13 (US).

Stretchy material makes it easy to put on. Galoshes come in 3 sizes (S, M, L) to fit all shoes. To make sure they will fit, see this size chart for details.

How do I clean my Galoshes ?

If you are outdoors just wipe them  with a wet cloth. When at home, just put them in the washing machine and let them dry naturally. (Do not put them into a dryer)

What colors can I choose from?

Galoshes come in 7 colors:

  • Transparent (kind of white)
  • Pink
  • Purple
  • Gray
  • Green
  • Blue
  • Black
What is your return policy?

Rather than initiating returns, feel free to reach out to us for a full refund. Why? Returns contradict our commitment to sustainability, as each return contributes to a carbon footprint. Simply inform us of the issue, provide a picture if possible, and we'll promptly refund your entire purchase. If feasible, you can also consider donating the product to a local charity or recycling it

You can request a refund or exchange for your products for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Certainly, you can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as your product hasn't been shipped yet. Once your product has been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further information

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. 

 

What types of payment are accepted?

All orders can be paid with Paypal. You can pay with your PayPal account. If you don't have one, you can also use your credit or debit card.

 

PayPal accepts the following cards:

Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

What are shipping times?

 

  • Estimated delivery to USA is 5-13 days.
  • Estimated delivery to United Kingdom is 10-20 days.
  • Estimated delivery to Canada is 10-20 days.
  • Estimated delivery to New Zealand is 10-20 days
  • Estimated delivery to Australia is 5-16 days
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
